Move-out cleaning is different from routine maintenance because the goal is to leave an empty or nearly empty home ready for the next resident, walkthrough, listing, or handoff. Details that are easy to work around during normal life become much more visible once furniture is gone.

Kitchen

  • Clean counters, sinks, cabinet fronts, backsplash, exterior appliances, and floors.

  • Check corners and edges that were previously blocked by furniture or small appliances.

  • Inside the oven and refrigerator may be separate add-ons depending on the service.

Bathrooms

  • Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, tubs, showers, mirrors, fixtures, and floors.

  • Remove visible soap residue, dust, hair, and buildup from accessible surfaces.

Bedrooms and living areas

  • Dust reachable surfaces, doors, trim, baseboards, and vents as included in the selected service.

  • Vacuum carpet and mop hard floors after the rooms are cleared.

Windows and final details

Interior windows, tracks, and sills may be added when needed. Empty closets, shelves, and other inside-storage areas should be confirmed in advance so the scope is clear.
